Flexo Ink

Flexo Ink Types & BOWELL Resin Solutions
Flexo Ink primarily falls into three categories: UV Flexo Ink, Water-Based Flexo Ink, and Solvent-Based Flexo Ink. BOWELL focuses on providing advanced resin solutions for the first two types, which align with modern demands for efficiency and sustainability.
UV Flexo Ink
Key Raw Material: Polyester Acrylate (UV-curing resin).
Performance Highlights:Instant UV curing for high-speed production.
Strong adhesion to non-porous substrates (e.g., PET, PP, aluminum).
Resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and yellowing.
Water-Based Flexo Ink
Key Raw Material: Water-Based Polyurethane Resin.
Widely apply to food package. Alcohol compatibility and flexibility for cold-seal applications.
